Custom orders placed after Jan 13 will be shipped after Feb 7 since we are going to have Chinese New Year Holiday during Jan 22 ~ Feb 2.

DAMAGES

Though it rarely happens, if the item you received is incorrect or defective, you will be entitled to either a refund or replacement of your order at no cost to you.

Due to the custom-nature of our products, all orders are final. We ask that you review every detail before placing your order. If there are any concerns with your order once received (incorrect sizing, ribbon color, etc.), please contact Rospins at info@rospins as soon as possible. We can address any issues within seven days of receipt of your product.
